Bar End Mirrors

Anyone make the switch to bar end mirrors on the GW250? I'm interested in doing so since I'm not a huge fan of how the Gaudy stock mirrors look.
I took them off, along with the stock bar ends, just to see how it'd look without and I kinda like it. I'm also switching to a 15t sprocket during this off season.

The bar end mirrors look way better. It is a good move to make. Is there anything holding you back? Have you decided which ones you are going to get?

For me its less about the bar end mirrors looking good, and more that I think the mirrors on stems don't look good. If you know what I mean. I think that it is a matter of minimalism. Why have an extra part on the bike if you don't really need it. Keep it simple.

Nothing holding me back except the cost, I don't want to drop the dough if they look like crap, or something. I agree with your other post, the (what I call "bunny ears") look like crap no matter the bike. do you have any Bar ends that you recommend?

Check out my gallery... KDB

I've had them for a few months now & think they are great. Mine were pretty cheap too... $55.00.
I can see around my elbows now too

Awesome, good call on wanting to go through with having these on your bike, keep us posted on when that happens.

I'm planning on using the original mirror mounts for a new windscreen mount. I'm considering the Puig Touring II in smoke tint. Puig has a windscreen mounting system for the Inazuma 250 that is designed for the factory mirror mount locations. Whenever it happens in 2015, I'll be sure to post pics and report on the product performance. -KDB

They are on and mounted! now for the weather to clear up to see how I like them... (live in Michigan, its winter here). I'll post pics tomorrow (?) or when I get a chance but I love how they look on there! I went with the 3" round ones off amazon (cause they were cheap)
