Accessories from Japan...

I had a guy provide some replies on my DIY center stand video on youtube. He offered some recommendations on parts/add-ons from this site:

GSR250L2ƒGJ55D„“K‡€•iΠ‰ξbDAYTONA MOTORCYCLE

The thing I'm most interested in is the extended/longer replacement clip-on handle bars. This might be the way to go for mounting a windshield. What do you guys think about the other stuff?

that tank bag and rear bag both look better than having just a top box.

I'm not much of a fan of the windscreen though.I feel like I have seen ones that look better elsewhere. The rear bag does look better than top cases that I have seen though.

It look like there is a brown or beige tint to the windscreen. It should be clear or grey tinted. Beige doesn't really match the bike well. I think it looks old.

theres a little more to it than simply looking good. a brown tint like that is similar to wearing brown sunglasses. same goes for the shape of the screen, form follows function as always.

The windshield is a GIVI universal so it is easily available. The windshield looks good but it doesn't fit at the headlight, looks bad in my opinion.

The extended handlebar tubes are a great idea but it would be easy to simply cut your own from tube.

at least it serves dual purposes, makes the GW look better to some and adds some real function especially with the height of that wind screen

I like the windshield BECAUSE its not mounted flush. When you have that little gap it allows air to flow on both sides of the screen meaning the air under the screen pushes the air travelling on top of the screen up and over your head, reducing/eliminating that jack hammer effect that can happen.
