clutch cover gasket

When removing the cover for the clutch adjustment. Is the gasket reusable. Service manual calls for it to be at every oil change. I would hope for it to be reusable. Also is this something I could drag out to every other oil change? Thanks

If you look at the service manual it states that every 300 miles. The clutch needs to be adjusted at the clutch. Which means the cover needs to be removed.

Just says inspect the inside adjustment is if during inspection you need to do an adjustment you cant meet with cable adjust but inspect clean and adjust if needed. this clutch is a rock solid setup with the low amount of torque produced and proper application even the disk should last a long time at 2500 miles I adjusted mine when I changed the lever

So if I can't meet the 1 inch of play at the level by adjusting the cable. Then it's time to remove the cover and perform the ajustment at the clutch?
